Did you know that claims submitted through our Claims Point™ portal are typically being assigned about 2 hours faster than when they are submitted using email or fax?
Did you also know that over the past few months’ brokers who submitted using the system had the added bonus of winning a trip, while helping their client submit their claim?
We launched our Claims Point™ portal at the end of 2018 and since then we have been encouraging our brokers to use it to submit their customers’ claims. Why? Because:
- A claim number is assigned immediately
- An adjuster is automatically assigned the day a claim is submitted
- Automated email updates are provided when claims open and close
- The tool offers quicker response times
To show our appreciation to our brokers who have integrated the new system into their workflow, we launched the “Get to the Point” contest that rewarded them for using the system.
“Get to the Point” ran across three months and allowed brokers to earn points (ballots) for every claim they submitted using Claims Point. At the end of each month, there was a draw for a $2,000 Fight Centre gift card. The more claims submitted using the system, the more points were earned, increasing a brokers chances of winning.
