We're prepared for the Pan Am Games

Toronto Skyline

The Toronto 2015 Pan Am and Para Pan Am Games are underway!

With the games right at the doorstep of our head office 18 York Street, we have committed to helping athletes and guests get to their events by reducing traffic volumes in the downtown core while maintaining seamless service for our broker partners. In case you missed any of our previous communications, here's how we've prepared for the games.

July 8 – 10  Opening Ceremonies

Our 18 York Street office location will be inaccessible on July 8, 9 and 10 to accommodate the opening ceremonies. While no access to the office will be permitted during these dates, we will remain in full operation.

July 13 – August 14  Ensuring Service Throughout the Games

Throughout the duration of the Pan Am Games and Parapan Am Games, we will be operating on a business-as-usual basis. Provisions have been made to address business disruptions that may affect the downtown core and the area surrounding the Toronto head office. In the event of a business disruption during this period, your contact will be available via email or mobile device.

The Importance of Business Continuity

As insurance industry experts, we all know how essential a business continuity plan is in the event of unforeseen disruptions. We have proactively developed and implemented the tools, systems and processes necessary to ensure we continue to operate efficiently and effectively for our employees and brokers throughout the year.

As a result, we are confident in our promise of ensuring seamless service for the duration of the Pan Am and Para Pan Am Games for our broker partners.
