Preferred Property Contractors are also supported by other national programs – Contractor Connection – which electronically audits the amounts that our preferred contractors charge for repairs within certain trading areas to ensure consistency and effective cost management. This program allows us to efficiently distribute claims, monitor our usage of contractors and ensure that repairs are completed in a timely and fair fashion.
