Earlier this year, we asked our broker partners to participate in our 2020 Broker Pulse Check survey and asked how they think we’re doing as a partner for their customers’ personal insurance needs.
Although the survey found that over three quarters of brokers always or mostly understand the risks that fit into our risk profile, we recognize there’s always opportunity to provide our partners with a refresher.
